Merchants, a Leading BPO, which has been, and is a highly successful call centre for 20+ years. One of it’s International clients’ is currently seeking customer service consultants on their Nightshift Campaign.
Offer:
- Training R30 per hour (9 weeks)
- Basic of R34 per hour
- Monday - Sunday any given days (5days working/ 2days off)

Job requirements:
- Minimum 6 months customer service or contact centre experience essential
- Experience in Retail / Hospitality / IT related fields
- CAT (Computer application technology) as a passed subject
- Matirc/NQF equivalent
- Knowledge of Internet, Navigation and Personal Computers (PCs)
- Microsoft Outlook
