The company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage incoming leads, support customers, and help drive bookings for painting projects.
About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to manage incoming and outgoing communications with potential and existing clients. This role requires someone with a sales-oriented mindset, excellent phone skills, and the ability to react quickly to new leads.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, experienced in handling objections, and capable of managing CRM workflows while providing excellent customer support.
Experience In The U.S. Market Is Preferred.
What youll be doing:
- Answer inbound calls from leads and existing clients.
- Make outbound calls to new leads and reactivate old leads/projects.
- Book estimates and handle objections effectively to maximize conversions.
- Follow speed to lead best practices by contacting leads immediately as they come in.
- Manage and update CRM (Dripjobs) for all client interactions.
- Provide customer support as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with project coordination when necessary.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales
- Comfortable and confident handling phone conversations.
- Excellent English communication skills with no accent.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to follow established processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dripjobs preferred) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1500 per month
