• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Working in a financial service environment - advantageous.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a team-player attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or a willingness to learn!
