Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the ins and outs of the client's DIY shutter products
- Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with:
- Understanding product options and placing orders
- Measuring windows for proper fit
- Installation guidance and troubleshooting
- Confirming and reviewing orders
- Provide clear, step-by-step support to ensure customer confidence
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment teams to resolve any issues
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude at all times
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (phone, live chat, and email)
- Open to a hybrid work arrangement in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of the DIY shutter products
- Tech-savvy
Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement - Eastwood, Quezon City (minimum of 10 days in the office per month).
