Remote Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in telecommunications/insurance/financial/logistics or healthcare industries (minimum of 2 years).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to empathize and effectively handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
