Role Overview

This isnt just a support role its about driving results. Youll handle customer inquiries, close sign-ups, and respond to third-party partnership opportunities. If youre sharp on the phone, great with people, and hungry to grow we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently handle inbound messages and calls from customers and potential partners
• Convert inquiries into sales SIM plans, NBN services, and upsells
• Pitch our offers clearly and persuasively to potential customers
• Respond to and triage business collaboration, sponsorship, and affiliate requests
• Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records accurately
• Educate customers on current promotions, rewards, and features
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimise messaging and close rates

What Were Looking For:

• Bold, confident communicator with natural sales instinct
• Previous experience in customer service or telesales (telecom or tech preferred)
• Comfortable talking to anyone from everyday customers to potential brand partners
• Ability to learn fast and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and proactive with follow-ups and lead tracking
• Familiarity with CRMs or helpdesk platforms is a bonus
