- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
- Conducting outbound sales calls
- Own transport
- Afrikaans speaking is advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems and customer management software
