Customer Service Specialist

Norman Goodfellows are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels


  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally


  • Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately


  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation


  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met


  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards


  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes


  • Conducting outbound sales calls
Requirements
  • Own transport


  • Afrikaans speaking is advantageous


  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Excellent problem-solving abilities


  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure


  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


  • Proficient in basic computer systems and customer management software
