OR
- 12 years of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications retail environment
- Strong understanding of mobile technology, connectivity, and general troubleshooting principles.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- U.S. customer service or tech support experience is a strong advantage.
