Biospan is a premium private chef & nutrition service operating across the UK, Europe, Dubai, the U.S, and Canada. We place private chefs into high-performance households and manage the full lifecycle of client nutrition, food quality, and service delivery.
We're expanding and we're hiring a Client Success Manager based in South Africa to own the post-sale client journey, manage communication, and ensure every household receives a seamless, high-quality service.
This is a structured, communication-heavy, high-responsibility position suited to someone who:

You will work alongside our Nutrition & Chef Manager, Operations, and Founders to:
- Run full end-to-end onboarding for new clients
- Manage daily client communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Coordinate with recruitment, practitioners, chefs, menu designers, and billing to keep each client's service running smoothly
- Handle client admin, preferences, tolerance changes, and service updates
- Predict and resolve service issues before they escalate
- Keep CRM notes and internal tools updated and accurate
- Ensure clients always know what's happening and what comes next
- Maintain strong relationships with active clients
- Monitor service consistency, chef performance, and menu quality
- Ensure clients are on track with their nutrition and service goals
- Maintain a calm, premium tone with high-end households
- Protect retention through proactive, clear communication
We're looking for someone who is:
- Articulate, confident, and calm under pressure
- Strong with written and verbal English
- Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth households
- Skilled in WhatsApp communication (text + voice)
- Organised, detail-driven, and consistent
- Good at expectation-setting and holding boundaries
- Able to coordinate chefs, clients, and internal teams without dropping details
- Comfortable managing multiple time zones (UK, EU, UAE, U.S East Coast)

Compensation
Expected Earnings: R20k R32k+ per month
Base Salary: 1, 000 1, 400 per month (paid in GBP, converted locally)

Working Hours
Full-time remote position.You will work South Africa daytime hours with required overlap into: UK & Europe, Dubai, U.S East Coast.
You may be required occasionally to work later hours during peak periods and support West Cost clients in America.
