Client Success Specialist - 0198 - Cape Town, SA

About the client:

Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA with very specific and targeted clients. They are looking for an experienced Client Success Specialist who has the right people skills to fulfill this role successfully.

About the role:

As a Client Success Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating communication and deliverables for clients with our internal team and business partners. You will be the primary point of contact in phone calls, video calls, and e-mails with customers.

What you'll be doing:
  • Answer client queries via phone, e-mail, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Client communication, both written and via video calls
  • Quality Assurance of websites, e-mails, etc., and anything client-related.
  • Running weekly/monthly reporting calls with clients, helping them understand how we are helping their business.
  • Onboarding multiple new clients every week, helping them come into our system.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share client insights and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
  • Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
  • Should be proficient in speaking English with client success experience. Must speak perfect English with no accent
  • 3+ years of experience working in this field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to successfully deal with tough clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Position: Customer Support Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CT

Holidays: US Local Holidays

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1800
