Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support & Sales Administrator based in Johannesburg, Midrand. The role serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and email enquiries while ensuring professional, efficient, and responsive service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. The role also includes coordinating deliveries and courier collections, tracking orders, and managing after-sales support to resolve customer queries and ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
In addition, the Customer Support & Sales Administrator will provide general office administration and personal assistant support to management as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations and effective internal coordination.
Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and confident phone and email manner
Proven experience in order processing, quotations, and sales administration
Ability to coordinate deliveries, courier bookings, and follow up on order status
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software, accounting software and administrative systems
Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous
Essential Requirements A Matric Essential
Own Car with Driver's License essential
First-language Afrikaans will be highly advantageous
70 Words Per Minute Typing Speed
Working Hours Monday to Thursday from 7.00 AM 17.00 PM
Friday from 7.00 AM 16.00 PM
Every Second Saturday: 8:30am - 13:00 PM
