Underground mining

I am capable of achieving a set goal and target, my objective is to always ensure plant availability and utilization so is to increase production with less maintenance cost. I am a very responsible and reliable person and I am hard working and honest and always put in more than expected from me. I am a good team worker and get along very well with my co - workers. I am a strong leader in multi - cultural situations, with the ability to develop a team to achieve safety and production targets. I have experience in both open pit and underground mining. I work for a Quarry for almost 5 years. I have diamond, gold, Iron ore, Zink and copper mining experience. I also have a lot of maintenance on earth moving equipment experience. Other experiences that I built up is some fitting work.
