I am looking to find a role that challenges my creative ability, allows me some autonomy for decision making, and a fast-paced environment that encourages its employees to thrive. I have refined my leadership skills through taking on new responsibilities and more intensive projects. I am looking for a position where I can leverage my past success leading a team of high-performing customer care workers. I would like to be able to leverage all of my experience to continue delivering industry-leading support outcomes to valued customers.

I am energetic and have a positive attitude, flexible and a team player. I am a humble, supportive and hard-working person dedicated to setting and achieving goals. I like to be actively pursuing a professional goal. If employed, I will apply my unique goal-setting formula to help my team to increase productivity and efficiency. I see myself as a person who can bring any situation under control. Regardless of the pressure, I don’t allow the situation to get the better of me.

When I set a task for myself, I always see them through even if I encounter difficulties. For me, difficulties are part of the process, and they help us get better at solving problems. I believe with the right team and resources; no problem is insurmountable.
