As a qualified graduate in food technology I have started my career at Anchor Yeast as a Laboratory technicial. I have worked at PepsiCO and progressed my career within culminating in a Operations Manager, which included a secondment to start up the third Simba snack factory in the country.

In this time I have sharpended my interpersonal skill as I had to coach and mentor staff in addtional to the operational requirements.

In this time I was deemed fit to take on additional responsibilities of Plant Scheduler and Site Utilities resourer. In this time my targets was reached to the satisfaction of the organisation.

At Montagu we established a honey plant and increased production signaficantly in the 1st year.
