I'm a highly motivated worker with more than 4 years experience in different fields of HR. I'm also a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA.
My recent experience as Assistant HR Manager at Hirsch's Homestore (Pretoria based) helped me to gain experience in the following: Full function of Human Resources for the 11 Hirsch’s branches in Gauteng. Responsible to ensure the daily HR functionalities are successfully executed in regards to Recruitment, Industrial Relations, on/off-boarding, general administration etc. Develop a strategic approach to human resources and the execution of these strategies.
