Conduct routine quality checks and analytical tests(Brookfield and bostwick viscosity, pH , brix and moisture analysis) on Dairy blends and yogurts according to SOPs. Monitoring of temperature to ensure the stability of protein bars from processing until transportation. Performing sensory evaluation on cornflakes, custard and jellies.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies and regulatory requirements (FSSC 2200 v6, HACCP, GMP, GLP,etc) to ensure process optimisation.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and raise NC reports to the relevant departments.
Approve or reject materials and products based on inspection results.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Participate in internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions.
Monitor personal hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the production area.
Ensure calibration and proper use of quality control instruments and equipment. Investigation of customer complaints and implementation of corrective actions. Training and inductions of staff regarding quality and food safety culture.
