What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I am a Fuel Technician by trade...IV been in the fuel industry for 18 years....I started off as a pump tech..moved on to being a verification officer...I have obtained the required certificates for each sector...I am currently specializing in the ATG( Automated Tank Gauge) system...however I am not challenged enough in my current company....I feel I have more to offer given my expertise.
