I doctor Ndumiso Dlamini doing my final year in national diploma human resource management at Durban university of technology. The reason that made me choose human resource management is that I like working with other people. Team work is much important to me as more ideas can be generated among those members of the team. I can also work under pressure but most of the time I do work couple of days before it due. I'm also a very shay guy but when it comes to working I put all that aside and work hard.
