What job i'm looking for? My positive points
Health and safety is about people and people need to be properly lead to foster the correct health and safety culture. A key factor in health and safety is how engaged people are and all interactions with people are (must be) about how engaged and empowered they are to do the right things (not only for health and safety).
Modern health and safety management requires focus on three factors namely; inspirational leadership, a highly competent and engaged workforce, and resilient and robust safety processes and procedures that is simple to understand, yet do not compromise quality when implemented
