I am looking for an HR position, I am a dedicated and results-driven Human Resource professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and over five years of hands-on experience across Information Technology, Electrical, Construction, and Engineering sectors. I have built a strong foundation in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, recruitment and hiring, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
In addition, I am experienced in HR payroll administration, conducting background checks, and managing HR matters for both employees and clients. I am a registered member of the SABPP and recently had the privilege of representing Human Resource Management at an international HRM conference in Kenya.
