What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I am currently 22 years of age and searching for a job in which i can grow together with the company. I have 4 years work experience as a layer at TWIN CLOTHING MANUFACTURERS PTYLTD ( currently still working here).
Prior to this i had one year work experience at rainbow flooring and building services.
Therefore the job i seek is hands on work as a general worker and progress as a code 10 driver.i have a valid code 10 c1 licence and a matric certificate.
