I do how ever have a strong moral cumpus in regards to handing out warnings and diciplinary hearings. I have been apart of 2 of these actions that has led to diciplinary actions. However this never brings me joy i do feel a nudge in the right direction can give a person the motivation required for them to sucseed. My work is always done diligintly and completed. I find that making use of ACL’S is a great way to keep a team and one self focused and goal orintated. I love to learn so new systems and operating equipment is something that i very much enjoy, asking questions is something i proud myself on as if you dont ask you will never learn.
