I am a 22-year-old waitress who is looking for better work, so that I can finance part of my future nursing studies. I am looking for a job in telemarketing because of its availability on the job market, but mostly because of a need for higher pay that will be earned through my negotiating skills. I am a good listener who responds politely, but with the assertiveness and persuasiveness required to close deals. Before my current occupation, I worked in several other positions that I outdid myself in and only stopped because the companies either closed shop or restructuring forced low-level employees out.
