Nicholas Cloete

My name is Nicholas Cloete, otherwise known as Nick. I am a hard-working, positive, team player, who strives to achieve high standards, not only with my work but with the way in which I conduct myself on a day to day basis. I am loyal to the companies that I work for and strive to ensure that I leave a lasting impression on those I come into contact with. I am a dynamic and fast learner, who adjusts to any given working environment. I am constantly seeking to improve upon current standards as well as my own. Being born in Africa and having worked in many multicultural environments, I understand the challenges facing management and find enjoyment in formulating strategies to overcome these challenges, whilst simultaneously creating structure and systems to align to organisational goals.
