I am a reliable and focused qualified Electrician with over 12 years of work experience within
the retail (Mr Price), Software (Data Flaxe), Paper and Plastic packaging and recycling
(Unilever) and power utility (Eskom) industries. I hold an N4 Electrical Engineering Certificate
with an Electrical trade test certificate. I have a strong background on the Electrical
Regulations, codes and standard. I have a good work ethic, and a critical thinker with good
fault-finding skills. I have a C1 drivers’ license, and I am proficient in Xhosa, Zulu, and
English.
During my career path I have developed a strong understanding of leadership, customer
service, electrical designs, wiring and schematic diagrams, motor starters such as star, delta,
auto transformer and slip ring, AC and DC motors and wire drawing machines, and I have
closely worked with the instrumentation personnel which improved my understanding of PLC,
process control, and overall basic knowledge of light current. I have also done troubleshooting
and maintenance on various equipment such as Eskom DBs, bulbs and other electrical systems.
I believe being part of your team will not only influence my personal growth but also help in
development and implementation of innovative strategies within the company . My intend is
to apply (where applicable) all the skills and thinking capacity I have acquired in the past 12
