I want to work as a cashier or shop assistant because I enjoy interacting with people and helping them have a positive shopping experience. I’m patient, friendly, and attentive, which helps me understand customers’ needs and assist them efficiently. I also like working in an organized environment where accuracy and responsibility are important, especially when handling payments and stock. This role allows me to develop valuable skills such as customer service, communication, teamwork, and time management while contributing to the smooth running of the store.

I have basic to intermediate computer knowledge gained through my NCV studies, including Life Skills and Computer Literacy. I am familiar with using a computer for everyday tasks such as typing documents, capturing information, using email, and browsing the internet. I can work confidently with basic programs like Microsoft Word and have an understanding of computer operations, file management, and digital communication. I am comfortable learning new systems and using technology to support my work efficiently.
