General worker on safety department. I was a she rep at Dorsfontein east coal mine for four years,I was prioritizing safety in the the work place before production as our standard procedure was saying zero harm to all the employees in the mine.i was encouraging each and every employee that no Hira no work ,no work is important than not conducting Hira in the work place.Also was emphasizing that safety start from them you don't supervisor in order to follow safety procedures.
