I am an experienced civil engineering technologist, who served for more than fourteen years in the industry.
I am skilled with management of construction site, planning, supervising and programming with an intention to make work profitable and satisfy the client.
I have managed big team of experienced employees. I also managed to skill up those who lacked construction knowledge, like SMME's. I know that as a manager what is expected of me so that all project tasks become successfully completed in time and within budget or how any managerial position should be handled.
