What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I am looking for something in customer relations or entry level information technology jobs. I am a problem solver, an analytical thinker and I'm a very detail oriented person. Additionally I'm an avid reader and like to play chess as a pastime. I'm currently working working as a correctional official which is a very psychological job, since one have to deal with difficult inmates on a daily basis, so I can claim that I'm someone who can thrive under pressure.
