Ryan Du Toit

With a diverse background in research psychology, project management, and education, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to teams and support the mission of the company.

My experience as a Research Psychology Intern and Project Administrator at North-West University has equipped me with strong research skills, data analysis expertise, and project management abilities. I have successfully managed projects from inception to completion, disseminated research findings effectively, and demonstrated proficiency in report writing. I have also recently, completed a semester abroad (Belgium), with a strong focus on marketing, business management and customer relations. My advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as data analysis software, positions me well to complete market research projects.

As a Lecturer in Community Psychology, I have honed my communication and presentation skills while contributing to the academic development of master's students. Additionally, my background in human resources and training and development has provided me with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the importance of fostering a positive learning environment.
