I am a very innovative and curious individual. I am proactive rather than being responsive and by that I am therefore able to plan and structure a simplified method of combating a foreseeable situation. I am also very professional, confident and also very proficient when it comes to labour management relations, especially since growing up I would job shadow at Commercial Vehicle’s Delivery Services (CVDS) in East London dealing with almost all brands of brand new trucks, busses and mini trucks, fuel calculations, fleet management and shift controlling. I have a way of dealing with psychological issues with fellow workers and provide life changing solutions in times of need for empathy and work ethics. I am not special but I could be the best candidate for the position simply because I would bring about an extremely healthy working environment you never imagined would be possible; and last but not least I have the ability and skill to treat all in a very warm and welcoming manner that is very professional and equal.
