I am good in accounts reconciliation, Collections, allocations, handing over accounts for legal action, managing junior staff members, identifying training needs for junior staff members, Reviewing Credit policies, implementing changes if need be, conducting performance measures for Junior staff members, reviewing credit limits, Negotiations, Customer relationship management. Having me as a employee will reduce your debtors overdue accounts drastically you will also reduce bad debts. I believe in constant following up of debts to ensure accurate cash inflow projection.
