I have more than three years of experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environments such as Ola and Candy Industries and heavy iron and steel firm (Zimplow: Mealie Brand). Experience includes production planning and control, material management, drafting through the use of Auto-Cad, lead-time management, analyzing products for quality, operations management, heavy equipment maintenance, project management, cost control, machine design and simulation through the use of AutoCad Inventor and research and development. I am particularly effective in cross functional team leadership and oral/written communication.
