Silindile Promise Sithole

My name is Silindile Sithole, I am very much interested in career advancement. I have BSc degree, BSc Honours and a certificate in total quality management. Work experience, I have worked for Mangosuthu University of Technology as an instrument technician for 5 years. I am currently working at Safalsteel Cato Ridge for 13 years; first 4 years as quality analyst and 9 years as quality technician (Laboratory & quality inspectors supervisor). I am ready to transition into a position that presents an exciting new set of challenges. The growth opportunities from this point onwards are limited. I hope to find a new role in which can enable me to move into management position. I want to change my career path for future growth potential and new challenges. I feel my skills and experience will transfer well into this new career path.

I regard myself as a reliable and diligent person who is capable of adapting to all environment. It is vital for me to mention that my current job has created a strong sense of team work; striving as an individual as my precision while working has contributed a lot to quality product being achieved.
