I am looking for production team leader job,as for my positive points,i'm a hard working employee,who knows how to manage the under pressure situation,interms of reaching given targets,im always good at that because i reach my targets monthly and safely,lastly im a good coach interms of coaching fellow employees,everytime i see them not performing their duty at their best ability then i intervene.
