I have worked in a customer care and administration for several years. I recently held a customer service advisor position where I assisted and supported customers daily with their ticket queries, amendments, also taking credit/debit card payments at Capita ( British airways). This role has improved my problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. My customer care and administration experience enables me to be an efficient, hard working individual who is always prepared to take on a challenge.
