I have an immense passion for health & safety in the workplace and a great drive for safety excellence and integrity. My passion is developing and implementing HSE Management Systems and seeing the organisational safety department and culture grow and get well established.
For the past 18 years I have gained very good knowledge and experience in the Mining, Heavy Construction, Demolition, Telecommunications and Grain & Feeds Milling industry which shaped my outlook and approach towards safety excellence. Staying well informed of the latest safety matters and change in legislation is also on top of my priorities as well as implementing that back into the HSE Management System and communicating all relevant info back to the workforce on a continual basis
to keep all staff current and up to date.
