What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I am looking for opportunities to make health care changes in the community clinics as I have 22yr nursing experience as a nurse. I have been in an Acting Operational Manager Health in Pollsmoor Prison, which provides Primary health care to offenders. I officially got a post as Operational Manager Health in June 2020. I have a Nursing Diploma attained in 2004 (General, Community, Psychiatric) and Midwifery. I studied further attained Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Health Care in 2012. I am passionate in education and hold a Bachelor in Art Nursing, specializing in Nursing Administration and Education attained in 2011. My ambition is to further study towards Advanced Midwifery and Neonatal nursing, with ambitions to facilitate and lecture students in that field.
I'm a leader to be followed through leading by example within a team and aspire to mentor and develop skills in nursing personnel. I highly ground myself in the principles of Primary Health Care to empower the communities at large. I partake in research, ongoing in-service training to keep abreast with what affects health matters at large.
