I am almost completed my National Diploma in Contact Centre Management in the department of Business and Information Management Services. I am eager to learn new technologies that are basically implemented in your company to provide the best services to your customers. I am always willing to learn new things that can improve the existing technology to speed-up the business processes. During my time at the Tshwane University of Technology, I was awarded the certificate and a trophy for my participation as a peer educator in the Directorate of Health and wellness, which promoted a healthy lifestyle among students’ life in the institution.
