I was given an opportunity to start a new branch for Sany South Africa in Middelburg and I made a success of the branch walking into an empty building and in 3 months recruited employees, got furniture and just got everything up an running, so I feel that I am go getter in everything that I am given to do and manage staff and day to day duties very well
