What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I'm currently holding a junior management post where I am responsible for supervising a team of 17 Social workers and 3 auxiliary workers. I am a hard working, no time watcher person who is independent and initiative and who never hesitate to consult for clarity when needed. My report writing skills and communication with internal and external stakeholders are well polished as well as my presentation skills. Planning get and organising are one of my day to day activities and I constantly evaluate my plans to ensure that we are in the direction that is going to help achieve the goals planned.
