Zizipho Lydia Mbenetho

I am looking for a job in HR, I recently graduated at the University of Western Cape for a BA degree, majoring in industrial psychology.

Studying IPS, the knowledge I gained so far piqued my interest and therefore I would like to provide insight for wise management decisions about how both the working environment and employees should be managed. I would also love to learn more about issues related to employees wellbeing and engage with questions regarding the new ideas and trends in the workforce.
I would like a career in which I have to provide both critical skills to learn more about behaviors in the workplace and profound skills to add on and develop organizations.
