Were looking for a detail-oriented industrial or mining engineer with a knack for data storytelling. You will be responsible for keeping the client happy in terms of system and data integrity, ensuring that the client is getting the right data at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring >95% cycle and loader accuracies per account.
- Ensure all the assets are updating and are live on site with daily/weekly checks.
- Cycle replays of the previous day/night shifts to ensure geofences are set up to cover all asset production activities and understand how the assets interact with each other.
- Interpret Cycle Traces to determine the cycle accuracies and issues with cycles that dont register.
- Attending to Support Tickets.
- Understand and Implement Business Functionality.
- Communicate tickets with senior engineers.
- Must be able to spot discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Production tally comparison.
- Troubleshooting.
- Ad hoc Training: To provide remote or on-site training of the platform to clients
