Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity.
• Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans.
• Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s).
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems.
• Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
• Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
• Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
• Comply with security and data management policies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluent in English
• Legally authorized to work in South Africa (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
