We are seeking a Graduate Trainee to join our Data Analytics team. The Trainee will be supporting the department to develop and maintain reporting tools and engage cross functionally to drive continuous improvement and growth for the Africa Market Area (MA).
The individual will be expected to. integrate and transform data effectively. write highperformance DAX, design and maintain clear, impactful dashboards, communicate across various teams and identify process gaps.
In this position, you will report to the Analytics Manager, Africa
This position is mainly located in Centurion, Gauteng.
TEAM YOULL BELONG TO
You will join the Data Analytics team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Technical Sales Support Team, Account Managers, Operations Planning Teams, Data & Installed Base Teams.
What You Will Do
- Proactive focus on data quality through ongoing reviews and updates.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst on existing and new PowerBI reports to ensure business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting enhancements.
- Continuously improve processes and hand over enhancements to relevant teams.
WHO YOU ARE
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelors degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
