Project Manager

You must have 3+ Years of project management experience in software or web development, be proficient in SDLC and control gates, skilled in agile project management (SCRUM), and have proven cross-functional team project management.

Type: Onsite in Cape Town
Salary: Up to R40 000 pm ctc

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
Manage project-related documents and specifications
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define project goals
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and undergo testing
Coordinate staging and production releases
Facilitate vendor assessments for new technology projects
Align projects with PMO frameworks
Manage change processes and project governance
Monitor and report on project progress
Obtain stakeholder acceptance of deliverables
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
Establish effective communication plans
Communicate project progress to senior management
Coordinate cross-discipline project team members
Support the project team and resolve issues through regular meetings
Conduct retrospectives to assess project status
Ensure post-project debriefs with stakeholders
Lead and manage project teams
Coordinate SCRUM ceremonies with project teams

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3+ Years of project management experience in software or web development
Proficiency in SDLC and control gates
Skilled in agile project management (SCRUM)
Proven cross-functional team project management
Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple concurrent projects
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Located in Cape Town or open to relocating
