About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director (MD) to lead our organisation's strategic direction and operational excellence across multiple divisions, including Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Revenue Field Services, and Construction.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth, innovation, and transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic and operational plans
- Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Oversee live electrical work, transmission line construction, and maintenance
- Champion organisational culture, change readiness, and innovation
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across all divisions
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
- Lead people development, performance management, and succession planning
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and brand reputation
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical engineering
- Registered with ECSA as an Electrical Engineer (Pr.Eng)
- MBA / Master of Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in a technical environment (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Construction)
- At least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven track record in business development, project management, and strategic leadership
