Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Call Centre experience preferably in a Collections Industry.
- Matric Qualification
- Excellent Listening and verbal Communication skills.
- Customer centric attitude.
- Strong Communication skills (Negotiation and Objection Handling)
- Target Driven mind-set
