- Matric.
- Must have strictly 12 months debt collection experience.
- Have basic knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Internet etc.)
- Good Mathematical skills.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Have a dynamic and positive attitude.
