We are currently on the lookout for a detail orientated Debtors Clerk to join our client, a Manufacturing organisation that is based in Blackheath, Cape Town. The successful candidate should encompass a relevant financial tertiary qualification and would be an added advantage if the incumbent has previous working experience on Syspro. Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- Advantageous: Relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification.
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Syspro.
- Excellent Excell knowledge.
- 3+ Years in a similar role.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers as needed.
- Assist in addressing client queries related to debtors when necessary.
- Collect all outstanding payments from the assigned debtor accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to designated clients for processing.
- Identify and report any concerning issues to the Debtors Manager for escalation.
- Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system to facilitate proper record keeping.
- Manage accounts that exceed their payment terms as necessary.
- Process invoices and credit notes as and when required.
- Weekly reporting on the status of assigned debtor accounts, including notes and confirmed expected payments.
